Giselle Jensen

Giselle Jensen is a vocalist, songwriter, performer, and music educator based in Portland, Oregon. Holding bachelor's degrees in Music Education and Jazz Performance from Portland State University, Giselle combines her extensive performance experience with a strong musical foundation in effective, student-centered teaching. Passionate about helping students of all ages discover their unique voice through music, she began singing at the age of six and has trained extensively in classical voice and musical theater before expanding her studies to jazz and contemporary styles. This training has allowed her to perform around the world and in the PDX community as an active working musician.

When taking lessons with Giselle, she focuses on building healthy vocal technique, strong musicianship, confidence, and creativity while encouraging every student to develop their own authentic artistic voice. Whether a student is preparing for auditions, performing on stage, or simply singing for the joy of it, Giselle tailors each lesson to their individual goals, learning style, and musical interests. Giselle believes that with the right guidance, encouragement, and practice, anyone can learn to sing.
