Luke Bielfeldt

Luke Bielfeldt is a vocalist, multi-instrumentalist, and educator based in Portland, Oregon.   He holds a Bachelor's degree in Jazz Performance from the University of North Texas. With extensive teaching and performing experience, Luke has the practical knowledge to help students discover and explore their passion for music in a healthy, productive way. Bielfeldt actively performs in the PDX area, playing folk, soul, jazz, and his own original compositions.

He is additionally a choir coordinator and producer, and bandleader. In Luke's studio, the emphasis is on the student's goals. Luke works to build a student's fundamental confidence and artistic expression while allowing them to create their own relationship with music through consistent goal-setting and reflection. As a teacher, Luke believes it is his job to help a student along their musical journey, not define it for them.

Luke's personal music goals are simple: create a more loving world through self expression. In teaching, he hopes to help students discover a piece of themselves and open up the wonderful world of music through patient instruction.
